Pricing and payment

Payment options include Mastercard, Visa, Discover,  AMEX, Company Check or Cash at time of delivery/setup.

Onsite credit card acceptance available

Prices quoted are for a one weekend/one event rental. Special rates are available for longer periods when arrangements are made in advance. Full payment for all rental items and service must be received at to setup and delivery of equipment.email Info@T3EventRentals.com for pricing.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended to ensure the items you desire are available. A 25%  non-refundable deposit will ensure your items are available at the times you need them.

Loss or Damage

Responsibility for all rental equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery until the time of return. Please be sure all rental equipment is secured and protected from the weather when not in use. Replacement charges will apply for missing, damaged or broken items. We recommend you check with your insurance agent to insure that your homeowners, renters or business insurance policy covers the items you rent for your protection. Your invoice will be your implied contract. Damage waivers for bad or unusual weather conditions may be required by vendor.
